Citadel Work Procedure

All communication is to be done via e-mails and e-mails only. The client is extremely cautious with data protection since it is a hedge fund.
The email account to be used for all communications is dt.spain@telesolgroup.com
The password to this account can be found in our Bitwarden account. Ask either Juan Blanco, Santiago Blanco or Evan Formoso for this information.

Follow the below instructions exactly:
  1. Upon reaching site, inform the customer of your arrival and ask them which Scope of Work (SoW) to begin with (each Scope of Work is its own incident and needs to be handled one at a time).
  1. Request that the on-site contact open the rack(s) needed to complete the SoW the customer indicated. No other racks should be opened at this time. This point is to be emphasized.
  2. Prior to beginning works on the first SoW take photos of the state of each rack.
  3. Begin works at this point.
  4. Notify the customer that the first SoW has been completed (again, via the above e-mail account) and request they check for alarms/perform validations.
  5. If everything is OK, take photos of the racks again and ask the on-site contact to close those racks.
  6. Notify the customer that the racks from SoW 1 have been closed and locked. Then ask which is the next SoW to be completed.
  1.  Repeat the above in blue until all SoWs have been completed.
  1. Complete the Data Technique's Report and send it to Telesol NOC via the original job request thread (these can be downloaded from Knowledge Base attached to this very thread), complete the TTR, complete the ESVR.
